Species
The Migra programme aims to study the movements and migration patterns of birds in Spain, even though Spanish avifauna comprises more than 600 taxa. Through to 2023, the Migra programme has data on 1,349 tagged birds of 38 different species. All species that have undergone tagging studies across Spain will be included in the monitoring programme as it progresses.
